Once a concept sketch has been established and an invoice has been paid, you accept these terms:

• ✧Communication & progression✧ +

Communication is necessary in order to get results. CottageDeer will send progress reports. Please be sure to give feedback for quality control of the final piece
Time is important for everyone; depending on the details, it could take from a few days to a month. If the time exceeds 30 days, CottageDeer will update the client(you) about extensions or plans going forward

• ✧ List of CAN’T Draws✧ + (And my reasons)

1. Most corporate IPs (You might know the type.)
2. Glorifying Bigotry (No explanation needed, carry on.)
3. Zoo and PDF-file material (If the animal is not humanoid enough and fails the Harkness test, or a character checks all the boxes of a minor or minor coded, I will refuse to illustrate them in NSFW.)

• ✧Refunds✧ +

Once the piece is past %10 completion, refunds cannot be made unless CottageDeer is unable to complete the piece within 3 months; the option of a full or partial refund (Or other compensations) will be available after 3 months. +‧ ⋆ 。+⋆
HOWEVER, if the client(you) is found to intentionally slow the process by padding out the 3 months for a free compensation, refunds will be denied, any progress will be sent as the final piece, and the client(you) will be blacklisted (Not playing games /srs)

You are welcome to post the final piece on your platforms, as long as the watermark remains on.
