Unless a separate payment feature is introduced, payments, delivery terms, refunds, licensing, and final artwork handoff are arranged directly between buyer and seller. Users should keep clear written records of agreed prices, deadlines, usage rights, and revision terms.
Only upload content that you own or have permission to use. Respect content ratings and do not post prohibited, exploitative, abusive, or unlawful material. We may remove content, limit accounts, or preserve records when needed for safety, moderation, or legal reasons.
bidonmy.art is for finished artwork made by human artists. Fully AI-generated finished work may not be uploaded, listed, sold, or used as the main creative output on the service. Normal artist tools are allowed: digital brushes, references, photo references, 3D tools, layout aids, and other workflow support are fine when the final submitted work is made by the artist.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform grows. We may also update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
